§ 1 Name und Sitz des VereinsName and seat of the associationसंस्थाको नाम र कार्यालय

• Der Verein führt den Namen „Nepalesische Progressive Jugendorganisation e.V.“.The association bears the name 'Nepalesische Progressive Jugendorganisation e.V.'.संस्थाको नाम 'Nepalesische Progressive Jugendorganisation e.V.' हो।
• Der Verein hat seinen Sitz in Darmstadt.The association has its seat in Darmstadt.संस्थाको कार्यालय डार्मस्टाटमा रहेको छ।
• Er ist im Vereinsregister beim Amtsgericht Darmstadt unter der Nummer VR 84826 eingetragen.It is entered in the register of associations at Darmstadt district court under number VR 84826.यो डार्मस्टाट जिल्ला अदालतको संस्था दर्ता किताबमा नम्बर VR 84826 मा दर्ता छ।
• Das Geschäftsjahr ist das Kalenderjahr (1. Januar bis 31. Dezember).The financial year is the calendar year (1 January to 31 December).आर्थिक वर्ष भन्नाले पात्रो वर्ष (१ जनवरीदेखि ३१ डिसेम्बर) बुझिन्छ।

§ 2 VorstandExecutive boardकार्यसमिति

Der Vorstand besteht aus:The board consists of:कार्यसमितिमा रहनेछन्:

• der/dem Vorsitzendenthe chairpersonअध्यक्ष
• der/dem stellvertretenden Vorsitzendenthe deputy chairpersonउपाध्यक्ष
• der Schatzmeisterin / dem Schatzmeisterthe treasurerकोषाध्यक्ष
• der Schriftführerin / dem Schriftführerthe secretaryसचिव
• und mindestens drei und bis zu fünf Beisitzerinnen / Beisitzernand at least three and up to five assessorsर कम्तीमा तीन तथा बढीमा पाँच जना सदस्य

Der Verein wird gemäß § 26 BGB gerichtlich und außergerichtlich durch zwei Mitglieder des Vorstands gemeinsam vertreten.Pursuant to § 26 BGB, the association is represented in and out of court by two board members jointly.BGB को § २६ अनुसार संस्थाको प्रतिनिधित्व अदालतभित्र र बाहिर दुई जना कार्यसमिति सदस्यले संयुक्त रूपमा गर्छन्।

§ 3 Zwecke des VereinsPurposes of the associationसंस्थाका उद्देश्य

(1) Der Verein verfolgt ausschließlich und unmittelbar gemeinnützige und mildtätige Zwecke im Sinne des Abschnitts „Steuerbegünstigte Zwecke“ der Abgabenordnung (AO).The association exclusively and directly pursues charitable and benevolent purposes within the meaning of the section 'tax-privileged purposes' of the German Fiscal Code (AO).संस्थाले जर्मन कर संहिता (AO) को 'करछुट पाउने उद्देश्य' खण्डको अर्थमा पूर्ण रूपमा र प्रत्यक्ष रूपमा परोपकारी तथा जनहितकारी उद्देश्य मात्र पछ्याउँछ।

Fußball- und Cricketturniere) sowie internationale Jugendbegegnungen zur Persönlichkeitsentwicklung.Leisure, sports and cultural activities (e.g. football and cricket tournaments) and international youth encounters for personal development.व्यक्तिगत विकासका लागि मनोरञ्जन, खेलकुद र सांस्कृतिक गतिविधि (जस्तै फुटबल र क्रिकेट प्रतियोगिता) तथा अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय युवा भेटघाट।

• Seminare, Workshops und Online-Formate in Deutschland zu Themen wie Visa, Ausbildung, Studium, Sprache, Integration und Leben in Deutschland.Seminars, workshops and online formats in Germany on topics such as visas, vocational training, study, language, integration and life in Germany.जर्मनीमा भिसा, व्यावसायिक तालिम, अध्ययन, भाषा, एकीकरण र जर्मनीको जीवनजस्ता विषयमा सेमिनार, कार्यशाला र अनलाइन कार्यक्रम।
• Durchführung von Freiwilligenprogrammen zur Unterstützung sozialer, bildungsbezogener und gesundheitlicher Projekte in Nepal.Carrying out volunteer programmes to support social, educational and health projects in Nepal.नेपालका सामाजिक, शैक्षिक र स्वास्थ्य परियोजनालाई सहयोग गर्न स्वयंसेवा कार्यक्रम सञ्चालन।

c) Förderung von Kunst und Kultur (§ 52 Abs. 2 Nr. 5 AO)Promotion of art and culture (§ 52 (2) no. 5 AO)कला र संस्कृतिको प्रवर्धन (AO § ५२ (२) नं. ५)

• Organisation, Durchführung und Unterstützung interkultureller Veranstaltungen und Kulturfeste zur Förderung des interkulturellen Dialogs und der Begegnung zwischen verschiedenen Kulturen — offen für die gesamte Öffentlichkeit.Organising, running and supporting intercultural events and cultural festivals to promote intercultural dialogue and encounters between different cultures — open to the general public.विभिन्न संस्कृतिबीच संवाद र भेटघाट बढाउन अन्तरसांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम तथा सांस्कृतिक पर्वको आयोजना, सञ्चालन र सहयोग — सर्वसाधारणका लागि खुला।

• Kostenfreie Gesundheitscamps, Aufklärungs- und Präventionsmaßnahmen in ländlichen Regionen Nepals.Free health camps, awareness and prevention measures in rural regions of Nepal.नेपालका ग्रामीण क्षेत्रमा निःशुल्क स्वास्थ्य शिविर, जनचेतना र रोकथामका कार्यक्रम।
• Unterstützung bedürftiger Personen beim Zugang zu medizinischer Versorgung.Supporting people in need in accessing medical care.आवश्यकता भएका व्यक्तिलाई स्वास्थ्य उपचारमा पहुँच पुर्‍याउन सहयोग।
• Durchführung von Erste-Hilfe-Schulungen an Schulen und in Gemeinden in Nepal.Conducting first aid training at schools and in communities in Nepal.नेपालका विद्यालय र समुदायमा प्राथमिक उपचार तालिम सञ्चालन।

• Kooperation mit lokalen Partnerorganisationen zur Umsetzung von Entwicklungsmaßnahmen.Cooperating with local partner organisations to implement development measures.विकास कार्यक्रम कार्यान्वयन गर्न स्थानीय साझेदार संस्थासँग सहकार्य।

h) Förderung des bürgerschaftlichen Engagements (§ 52 Abs. 2 Nr. 25 AO)Promotion of civic engagement (§ 52 (2) no. 25 AO)नागरिक सहभागिताको प्रवर्धन (AO § ५२ (२) नं. २५)

Die Körperschaft stärkt das öffentliche Bewusstsein für den Wert ehrenamtlichen Engagements. Die Förderung gilt dem Ehrenamt als solchem — unabhängig von Interessen des eigenen Vereins.The corporation strengthens public awareness of the value of voluntary engagement. The promotion applies to volunteering as such — independent of the association's own interests.संस्थाले स्वयंसेवी सहभागिताको मूल्यप्रति जनचेतना बलियो बनाउँछ। यो प्रवर्धन स्वयंसेवा आफैँका लागि हो — संस्थाको आफ्नै स्वार्थसँग नजोडिई।

i) Mildtätige Zwecke (§ 53 AO)Benevolent purposes (§ 53 AO)जनहितकारी उद्देश्य (AO § ५३)

Der Verein unterstützt selbstlos Personen, die infolge ihres körperlichen, geistigen oder seelischen Zustands auf die Hilfe anderer angewiesen sind (§ 53 Nr. 1 AO), sowie Personen, deren Bezüge nicht höher sind als das Vierfache des Regelsatzes/Regelbedarfs der Sozialhilfe im Sinne des § 28 des Zwölften Sozialgesetzbuches (§ 53 Nr. 2 AO).The association selflessly supports people who, due to their physical, mental or emotional condition, depend on the help of others (§ 53 no. 1 AO), as well as people whose income does not exceed four times the standard rate of social assistance within the meaning of § 28 of the Twelfth Book of the Social Code (§ 53 no. 2 AO).संस्थाले शारीरिक, मानसिक वा भावनात्मक अवस्थाका कारण अरूको सहयोगमा निर्भर हुनुपर्ने व्यक्ति (AO § ५३ नं. १) तथा सामाजिक संहिताको बाह्रौँ पुस्तकको § २८ को अर्थमा सामाजिक सहायताको मानक दरको चार गुणाभन्दा बढी आय नभएका व्यक्ति (AO § ५३ नं. २) लाई निःस्वार्थ रूपमा सहयोग गर्छ।

• Beschaffung, Transport und Verteilung von Hilfs- und Unterrichtsmaterialien, Hygienekits sowie medizinischen Sachspenden an bedürftige Personen.Procuring, transporting and distributing aid and teaching materials, hygiene kits and medical in-kind donations to people in need.आवश्यकता भएका व्यक्तिलाई राहत तथा शैक्षिक सामग्री, सरसफाइ किट र स्वास्थ्यसम्बन्धी वस्तुगत सहयोग खरिद, ढुवानी र वितरण।
• Durchführung von Spendenaktionen zur Finanzierung von Schulmaterialien und Bildungsprojekten für bedürftige Kinder und Jugendliche in Nepal.Conducting donation drives to finance school materials and education projects for children and young people in need in Nepal.नेपालका खाँचोमा परेका बालबालिका र युवाका लागि शैक्षिक सामग्री तथा शिक्षा परियोजनामा रकम जुटाउन दान अभियान सञ्चालन।
• Die Hilfsbedürftigkeit der unterstützten Personen wird durch geeignete Nachweise dokumentiert.The neediness of supported persons is documented by suitable evidence.सहयोग पाउने व्यक्तिको आवश्यकता उपयुक्त प्रमाणबाट पुष्टि गरिन्छ।

§ 4 GemeinnützigkeitCharitable statusगैरनाफामूलक मान्यता

Der Verein ist selbstlos tätig; er verfolgt nicht in erster Linie eigenwirtschaftliche Zwecke. Mittel des Vereins dürfen nur für die satzungsmäßigen Zwecke verwendet werden. Die Mitglieder erhalten keine Zuwendungen aus Mitteln des Vereins. Es darf keine Person durch Ausgaben, die dem Zweck des Vereins fremd sind, oder durch unverhältnismäßig hohe Vergütungen begünstigt werden.The association acts selflessly; it does not primarily pursue its own economic purposes. The association's funds may only be used for the statutory purposes. Members receive no allocations from the association's funds. No person may benefit from expenditure alien to the purpose of the association or from disproportionately high remuneration.संस्थाले निःस्वार्थ रूपमा काम गर्छ; यसले मुख्यतः आफ्नै आर्थिक स्वार्थ पछ्याउँदैन। संस्थाको कोष विधानमा तोकिएका उद्देश्यमा मात्र प्रयोग गर्न पाइन्छ। सदस्यहरूले संस्थाको कोषबाट कुनै रकम पाउँदैनन्। संस्थाको उद्देश्यसँग नमिल्ने खर्च वा अस्वाभाविक रूपमा उच्च पारिश्रमिकबाट कसैले पनि लाभ लिन पाउँदैन।

§ 5 MitgliedschaftMembershipसदस्यता

• Mitglied kann jede natürliche Person werden.Any natural person may become a member.कुनै पनि प्राकृतिक व्यक्ति सदस्य बन्न सक्छन्।
• Die Mitgliedschaft wird durch schriftliche Beitrittserklärung beantragt. Über die Aufnahme entscheidet der Vorstand. Die Mitgliedschaft beginnt mit dem Beschluss des Vorstands.Membership is applied for by written declaration of accession. The board decides on admission. Membership begins with the board's resolution.सदस्यताका लागि लिखित सदस्यता घोषणा पेस गर्नुपर्छ। सदस्यता स्वीकृत गर्ने निर्णय कार्यसमितिले गर्छ। कार्यसमितिको निर्णयसँगै सदस्यता सुरु हुन्छ।

§ 6 Beendigung der MitgliedschaftTermination of membershipसदस्यताको अन्त्य

Die Mitgliedschaft endet:Membership ends:सदस्यता निम्न अवस्थामा अन्त्य हुन्छ:

• durch Tod des Mitglieds,upon the member's death,सदस्यको मृत्यु भएमा,
• durch schriftliche Austrittserklärung mit einer Frist von einem Monat an den Vorstand,by written notice of withdrawal to the board with one month's notice,एक महिनाको सूचनासहित कार्यसमितिलाई लिखित राजीनामा दिएमा,
• durch Ausschluss, wenn ein Mitglied Aktivitäten gegen die Zwecke des Vereins unternimmt. Vor dem Ausschluss ist dem Mitglied Gelegenheit zur Stellungnahme zu geben. Über den Ausschluss entscheidet der Vorstand,by exclusion, if a member undertakes activities against the purposes of the association. Before exclusion the member must be given the opportunity to comment. The board decides on exclusion,निष्कासनबाट, यदि सदस्यले संस्थाका उद्देश्यविपरीत गतिविधि गरेमा। निष्कासनअघि सदस्यलाई आफ्नो कुरा राख्ने अवसर दिनुपर्छ। निष्कासनको निर्णय कार्यसमितिले गर्छ,
• durch Streichung, wenn ein Mitglied trotz zweimaliger schriftlicher Mahnung die Mitgliedsbeiträge mehr als ein Jahr nicht entrichtet.by deletion, if a member fails to pay membership fees for more than a year despite two written reminders.नामावलीबाट हटाइएमा, यदि सदस्यले दुईपटक लिखित स्मरणपत्र पाउँदा पनि एक वर्षभन्दा बढी सदस्यता शुल्क नतिरेमा।

§ 7 MitgliedsbeiträgeMembership feesसदस्यता शुल्क

Die Höhe der Mitgliedsbeiträge wird durch die Mitgliederversammlung festgelegt und in einer Beitragsordnung geregelt.The amount of membership fees is determined by the general meeting and regulated in a fee schedule.सदस्यता शुल्कको रकम साधारण सभाले निर्धारण गर्छ र शुल्क नियमावलीमा व्यवस्था गरिन्छ।

§ 8 Aufgaben und Pflichten des VorstandsDuties and obligations of the boardकार्यसमितिका कर्तव्य र दायित्व

Vorsitzende(r)Chairpersonअध्यक्ष

• Führt den Vorsitz in der Mitgliederversammlung und in den Vorstandssitzungen.Chairs the general meeting and board meetings.साधारण सभा र कार्यसमितिका बैठकको अध्यक्षता गर्छन्।
• Leitet und repräsentiert den Verein nach innen und außen.Leads and represents the association internally and externally.संस्थाको आन्तरिक र बाह्य नेतृत्व तथा प्रतिनिधित्व गर्छन्।
• Überwacht die Einhaltung der Satzung und der Vorstandsbeschlüsse.Monitors compliance with the statutes and board resolutions.विधान र कार्यसमितिका निर्णयको पालना भए-नभएको अनुगमन गर्छन्।
• Beruft Versammlungen ein und erstellt den jährlichen Vereinsbericht.Convenes meetings and prepares the annual association report.बैठक बोलाउँछन् र संस्थाको वार्षिक प्रतिवेदन तयार पार्छन्।

Stellvertretende(r) Vorsitzende(r)Deputy chairpersonउपाध्यक्ष

• Übernimmt die Aufgaben der/des Vorsitzenden bei Abwesenheit.Assumes the chairperson's duties in their absence.अध्यक्षको अनुपस्थितिमा निजको जिम्मेवारी सम्हाल्छन्।
• Unterstützt die Erfüllung der Vereinsziele.Supports the fulfilment of the association's goals.संस्थाका लक्ष्य पूरा गर्न सहयोग गर्छन्।

Schriftführer(in)Secretaryसचिव

• Führt das Protokoll bei Sitzungen und Mitgliederversammlungen.Keeps the minutes of meetings and general meetings.बैठक र साधारण सभाको माइन्युट राख्छन्।
• Verwaltet die Vereinskorrespondenz und die Mitgliederliste.Manages association correspondence and the membership list.संस्थाको पत्राचार र सदस्य नामावली व्यवस्थापन गर्छन्।
• Organisiert Versammlungen in Abstimmung mit dem Vorstand.Organises meetings in coordination with the board.कार्यसमितिसँग समन्वय गरी बैठक आयोजना गर्छन्।
• Präsentiert den Vereinsbericht in der Generalversammlung.Presents the association report at the general assembly.साधारण सभामा संस्थाको प्रतिवेदन प्रस्तुत गर्छन्।

§ 9 MitgliederversammlungGeneral meetingसाधारण सभा

Der Mitgliederversammlung obliegt insbesondere:The general meeting is responsible in particular for:साधारण सभा विशेष गरी यी विषयका लागि जिम्मेवार हुन्छ:

• die Wahl und Abberufung der Vorstandsmitglieder sowie deren Entlastung,electing and removing board members and discharging them,कार्यसमिति सदस्यको निर्वाचन, हटाउने कार्य र निजहरूलाई जिम्मेवारीबाट मुक्त गर्ने,
• die Wahl von zwei Kassenprüfer:innen und bis zu zwei Stellvertreter:innen (keine:r darf dem Vorstand angehören),electing two auditors and up to two deputies (none may belong to the board),दुई जना लेखापरीक्षक र बढीमा दुई जना वैकल्पिक लेखापरीक्षक चुन्ने (कोही पनि कार्यसमितिका सदस्य हुन पाउँदैनन्),
• die Entgegennahme des Jahresberichts und des Kassenprüfungsberichts,receiving the annual report and the audit report,वार्षिक प्रतिवेदन र लेखापरीक्षण प्रतिवेदन स्वीकार गर्ने,
• die Beschlussfassung über den Haushalt,adopting the budget,बजेट पारित गर्ने,
• die Festsetzung der Höhe des Mitgliedsbeitrags,setting the membership fee,सदस्यता शुल्क निर्धारण गर्ने,
• die Beschlussfassung über Satzungsänderungen und die Auflösung des Vereins,deciding on amendments to the statutes and dissolution of the association,विधान संशोधन र संस्था विघटनबारे निर्णय गर्ने,
• die Beschlussfassung über Anträge stimmberechtigter Mitglieder,deciding on motions from voting members,मतदान अधिकार भएका सदस्यका प्रस्तावमा निर्णय गर्ने,
• die Ernennung von Ehrenvorsitzenden und Ehrenmitgliedern.appointing honorary chairpersons and honorary members.मानार्थ अध्यक्ष र मानार्थ सदस्य नियुक्त गर्ने।

Eine ordentliche Mitgliederversammlung findet jährlich mindestens einmal statt. Sie wird vom Vorstand unter Einhaltung einer Frist von zwei Wochen schriftlich unter Angabe der Tagesordnung einberufen. Anträge müssen eine Woche vor Versammlungsbeginn schriftlich beim Vorstand eingegangen sein.An ordinary general meeting takes place at least once a year. It is convened by the board in writing with two weeks' notice, stating the agenda. Motions must reach the board in writing one week before the meeting begins.नियमित साधारण सभा वर्षमा कम्तीमा एकपटक हुन्छ। कार्यसमितिले कार्यसूची उल्लेख गर्दै दुई हप्ताको सूचनासहित लिखित रूपमा सभा बोलाउँछ। प्रस्तावहरू सभा सुरु हुनुभन्दा एक हप्ता अगाडि लिखित रूपमा कार्यसमितिमा पुग्नुपर्छ।

Für Satzungsänderungen ist eine Mehrheit von zwei Dritteln der abgegebenen gültigen Stimmen erforderlich.The general meeting decides by simple majority of the valid votes cast. In the event of a tie, a motion is deemed rejected. Amendments to the statutes require a two-thirds majority of the valid votes cast.साधारण सभाले खसेका सदर मतको साधारण बहुमतबाट निर्णय गर्छ। मत बराबर भएमा प्रस्ताव अस्वीकृत भएको मानिन्छ। विधान संशोधनका लागि खसेका सदर मतको दुई-तिहाइ बहुमत चाहिन्छ।

Über die Beschlüsse der Mitgliederversammlung ist ein schriftliches Protokoll aufzunehmen, das vom Versammlungsleiter und dem Protokollführer zu unterzeichnen ist.Written minutes must be taken of the general meeting's resolutions, signed by the chair of the meeting and the minute-taker.साधारण सभाका निर्णयको लिखित माइन्युट राख्नुपर्छ, जसमा सभाको अध्यक्षता गर्ने व्यक्ति र माइन्युट लेख्नेले हस्ताक्षर गर्नुपर्छ।

§ 10 Wirtschaftliche MittelFinancial resourcesआर्थिक स्रोत

• Wirtschaftliche Quellen des Vereins sind: Mitgliedsbeiträge, Spenden, Zuschüsse, Einnahmen aus Veranstaltungen und sonstige Zuwendungen.The association's economic sources are: membership fees, donations, subsidies, income from events and other contributions.संस्थाका आर्थिक स्रोत हुन्: सदस्यता शुल्क, दान, अनुदान, कार्यक्रमबाट प्राप्त आय र अन्य योगदान।
• Die Mittel des Vereins dürfen nur für satzungsmäßige Zwecke verwendet werden.The association's funds may only be used for statutory purposes.संस्थाको कोष विधानमा तोकिएका उद्देश्यमा मात्र प्रयोग गर्न पाइन्छ।
• Das Vereinsvermögen wird über ein einheitliches Vereinskonto verwaltet, über das der/die Schatzmeister:in und der/die Vorsitzende gemeinsam verfügungsberechtigt sind.The association's assets are managed through a single association account, over which the treasurer and the chairperson are jointly authorised to dispose.संस्थाको सम्पत्ति एउटै संस्था खातामार्फत व्यवस्थापन गरिन्छ, जसको सञ्चालन अधिकार कोषाध्यक्ष र अध्यक्षलाई संयुक्त रूपमा हुन्छ।

§ 11 ZweigstellenBranchesशाखाहरू

• Der Verein kann Zweigstellen im Bundesgebiet der Bundesrepublik Deutschland errichten.The association may establish branches within the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany.संस्थाले जर्मन संघीय गणतन्त्रको भूभागभित्र शाखा स्थापना गर्न सक्छ।
• Zweigstellen sind organisatorisch an den Hauptverein angebunden und besitzen keine eigene Rechtspersönlichkeit. Sie unterliegen dieser Satzung sowie den Beschlüssen der Mitgliederversammlung und des Vereinsvorstands.Branches are organisationally attached to the main association and have no separate legal personality. They are subject to these statutes and to the resolutions of the general meeting and the board.शाखाहरू संगठनात्मक रूपमा मुख्य संस्थासँग आबद्ध हुन्छन् र तिनको छुट्टै कानुनी हैसियत हुँदैन। तिनीहरू यस विधान तथा साधारण सभा र कार्यसमितिका निर्णयको अधीनमा रहन्छन्।
• Die Entscheidung über Errichtung oder Auflösung einer Zweigstelle trifft der Vorstand.The board decides on the establishment or dissolution of a branch.शाखा स्थापना वा विघटनको निर्णय कार्यसमितिले गर्छ।
• Mitglieder der Zweigstelle sind gleichzeitig Mitglieder des Hauptvereins.Branch members are simultaneously members of the main association.शाखाका सदस्य एकै समयमा मुख्य संस्थाका पनि सदस्य हुन्छन्।
• Die Verwaltung der Finanzen erfolgt zentral über den Hauptverein. Zweigstellen dürfen keine eigenen Kassen führen.Finances are managed centrally by the main association. Branches may not keep their own accounts.आर्थिक व्यवस्थापन मुख्य संस्थाले केन्द्रीय रूपमा गर्छ। शाखाहरूले आफ्नै कोष राख्न पाउँदैनन्।

§ 12 OrganeBodiesअङ्गहरू

Die Organe der Nepalesischen Progressiven Jugendorganisation e.V. sind:The bodies of the Nepalesische Progressive Jugendorganisation e.V. are:Nepalesische Progressive Jugendorganisation e.V. का अङ्गहरू हुन्:

• die Mitgliederversammlungthe general meetingसाधारण सभा
• der Vorstandthe executive boardकार्यसमिति

Von den Beschlüssen der Organe ist innerhalb von zwei Monaten eine Niederschrift zu fertigen, die von zwei Teilnehmer:innen, darunter der Leitung der jeweiligen Sitzung, zu unterzeichnen ist. Protokolle gelten als genehmigt, wenn nicht innerhalb von drei Monaten nach der Mitgliederversammlung schriftliche Korrekturen beantragt wurden.Minutes of the bodies' resolutions must be drawn up within two months and signed by two participants, including the person chairing the respective meeting. Minutes are deemed approved unless written corrections are requested within three months of the general meeting.अङ्गहरूका निर्णयको माइन्युट दुई महिनाभित्र तयार पारी सम्बन्धित बैठकको अध्यक्षता गर्ने व्यक्तिसहित दुई जना सहभागीले हस्ताक्षर गर्नुपर्छ। साधारण सभाको तीन महिनाभित्र लिखित संशोधन माग नभएमा माइन्युट स्वीकृत भएको मानिन्छ।

§ 13 Auflösung des VereinsDissolution of the associationसंस्थाको विघटन

• Die Auflösung des Vereins kann nur in einer Mitgliederversammlung mit einer Mehrheit von drei Vierteln der abgegebenen gültigen Stimmen beschlossen werden.The dissolution of the association can only be decided at a general meeting with a three-quarters majority of the valid votes cast.संस्थाको विघटनको निर्णय साधारण सभामा खसेका सदर मतको तीन-चौथाइ बहुमतबाट मात्र गर्न सकिन्छ।
• Die Mitglieder des Vorstandes sind die Liquidatoren, wenn nicht die Mitgliederversammlung einen oder mehrere andere Liquidatoren bestimmt.The board members are the liquidators unless the general meeting appoints one or more other liquidators.साधारण सभाले अरू एक वा बढी परिसमापक नियुक्त नगरेसम्म कार्यसमितिका सदस्य नै परिसमापक हुन्छन्।
• Bei Auflösung oder Aufhebung des Vereins oder bei Wegfall steuerbegünstigter Zwecke fällt das Vermögen des Vereins an eine juristische Person des öffentlichen Rechts oder eine andere steuerbegünstigte Körperschaft zwecks Verwendung für die Förderung der Entwicklungszusammenarbeit (§ 52 Abs. 2 Nr. 15 AO) oder der Förderung internationaler Gesinnung, der Toleranz auf allen Gebieten der Kultur und des Völkerverständigungsgedankens (§ 52 Abs. 2 Nr. 13 AO).Upon dissolution or annulment of the association, or if tax-privileged purposes cease to apply, the association's assets pass to a legal entity under public law or another tax-privileged corporation for use in promoting development cooperation (§ 52 (2) no. 15 AO) or promoting international attitudes, tolerance in all areas of culture and the concept of international understanding (§ 52 (2) no. 13 AO).संस्था विघटन वा खारेज भएमा, वा करछुट पाउने उद्देश्य समाप्त भएमा, संस्थाको सम्पत्ति सार्वजनिक कानुनअन्तर्गतको कानुनी निकाय वा अर्को करछुटप्राप्त संस्थामा जान्छ, जसले त्यो सम्पत्ति विकास सहकार्यको प्रवर्धन (AO § ५२ (२) नं. १५) वा अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय सोच, संस्कृतिका सबै क्षेत्रमा सहिष्णुता र अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय समझदारीको अवधारणाको प्रवर्धन (AO § ५२ (२) नं. १३) मा प्रयोग गर्नेछ।
