Lebensrettende Fähigkeiten für die Klassen 9–12 — damit Nepals Schulen sicherer werden. Ausgebildete Schüler:innen und Lehrkräfte werden zu dauerhaften Ersthelfer:innen in ihrer Schule und Gemeinde. Das Programm läuft nach unserem Einsatz weiter, weil wir Lehrkräfte zu Trainer:innen ausbilden. Life-saving skills for grades 9–12 — making Nepal's schools safer. Trained students and teachers become permanent first responders in their school and community. The programme continues after our deployment because we train teachers to become trainers.कक्षा ९–१२ का लागि जीवनरक्षक सीप — नेपालका विद्यालयलाई थप सुरक्षित बनाउँदै। तालिम पाएका विद्यार्थी र शिक्षक आफ्नो विद्यालय र समुदायका स्थायी प्रथम उद्धारकर्ता बन्छन्। हामीले शिक्षकलाई नै प्रशिक्षक बनाउने भएकाले हाम्रो परिचालनपछि पनि कार्यक्रम चलिरहन्छ।

MOU-Mindestumfang 2026–2030:MOU baseline for 2026–2030:२०२६–२०३० का लागि समझदारीपत्रको आधार लक्ष्य: Mindestens 500 geschulte Teilnehmende pro Jahr und 50 Schulen im Kooperationszeitraum. Das Vereinsziel von 100 Schulen bis 2030 bleibt darüber hinaus bestehen. At least 500 participants trained per year and 50 schools during the cooperation period. In vielen Schulen Nepals ist im Notfall niemand ausgebildet — und die nächste medizinische Versorgung liegt oft Stunden entfernt. Bei einem Sturz, einem Asthmaanfall oder einem Erdbeben zählt genau diese Zeit. In many Nepali schools nobody is trained for an emergency — and the nearest medical care is often hours away. In a fall, an asthma attack or an earthquake, that time is exactly what counts.नेपालका धेरै विद्यालयमा आपत्कालका लागि कोही पनि तालिमप्राप्त हुँदैन — र नजिकको स्वास्थ्य सेवा प्रायः घण्टौँ टाढा हुन्छ। लड्दा, दमको आक्रमण हुँदा वा भूकम्प जाँदा त्यही समय नै निर्णायक हुन्छ।

Im Gepäck: ein zertifiziertes Erste-Hilfe-Kit und Handbücher auf Nepali, finanziert durch One Euro for Nation. Paramedics, doctors, nurses and certified trainers from the diaspora — matched through One Day for Nation, coordinated by NPYS-N. In their luggage: a certified First Aid kit and manuals in Nepali, financed by One Euro for Nation.प्रवासमा रहेका स्वास्थ्यकर्मी, चिकित्सक, नर्स र प्रमाणित प्रशिक्षक — One Day for Nation मार्फत मिलान गरिएका, NPYS-N द्वारा समन्वित। तिनको झोलामा: One Euro for Nation बाट खर्च जुटेको प्रमाणित प्राथमिक उपचार किट र नेपाली भाषाका पुस्तिका।

Wundversorgung, CPR für Erwachsene und Kinder, Atemwegssicherung, Verbrennungen und Frakturen, Verhalten bei Erdbeben und Überschwemmungen — und psychologische Erste Hilfe, oft der wichtigste erste Schritt. Diese Altersgruppe kann verantwortlich handeln und bleibt Jahre an der Schule. Wound care, CPR for adults and children, airway management, burns and fractures, behaviour during earthquakes and floods — and psychological first aid, often the most important first step. Das ist der Punkt, an dem sich alles entscheidet: Eine ausgebildete Lehrkraft übernimmt die Kurse dauerhaft, die Schule erhält das Zertifikat „Erste-Hilfe-Schule“, ausgebildete Schüler:innen werden Mentor:innen für den nächsten Jahrgang. NPYS-N kommt jährlich zur Auffrischung. Wir reisen ab — das Programm bleibt. This is where everything is decided: a trained teacher takes over the courses permanently, the school receives its 'First Aid School' certificate, and trained students become mentors for the next year group. NPYS-N returns annually for refreshers. Erste Hilfe ist bei uns nicht nur Unterrichtsstoff für Schulen in Nepal — unser medizinisches Team ist auch bei Veranstaltungen der nepalesischen Gemeinschaft in Deutschland im Einsatz. Beim 9. NRNA-Fußballpokal in Stuttgart hat es über das gesamte Turnier hinweg Erste Hilfe und medizinische Unterstützung geleistet. For us first aid is not only a syllabus for schools in Nepal — our medical team is also deployed at events of the Nepali community in Germany. At the NRNA 9th Football Cup in Stuttgart it provided first aid and medical support throughout the tournament.हाम्रा लागि प्राथमिक उपचार नेपालका विद्यालयको पाठ्यक्रम मात्र होइन — हाम्रो स्वास्थ्य टोली जर्मनीमा हुने नेपाली समुदायका कार्यक्रममा पनि परिचालित हुन्छ। स्टुटगार्टमा भएको NRNA नवौँ फुटबल कपमा टोलीले पूरै प्रतियोगिताभर प्राथमिक उपचार र स्वास्थ्य सहयोग दियो।
