Das Naya Barsha — das nepalesische Neujahr — markiert den Beginn eines neuen Jahres nach dem nepalesischen Kalender. Es ist ein Fest der Hoffnung, des Neuanfangs und der Gemeinschaft. Für nepalesische Studierende und Fachkräfte in Deutschland ist es zugleich der Abend im Jahr, an dem die Gemeinschaft hier die Rolle der Familie zu Hause übernimmt. Naya Barsha — the Nepali New Year — marks the beginning of a new year in the Nepali calendar. It is a festival of hope, of new beginnings and of community. For Nepali students and professionals in Germany it is also the one evening in the year on which the community here takes on the role of the family back home.नयाँ वर्ष — नेपाली नववर्ष — ले नेपाली पात्रोमा नयाँ वर्षको सुरुवात जनाउँछ। यो आशा, नयाँ सुरुवात र समुदायको चाड हो। जर्मनीमा रहेका नेपाली विद्यार्थी र पेसाकर्मीका लागि यो वर्षको त्यो एउटा साँझ पनि हो, जब यहाँको समुदायले घरको परिवारको भूमिका निर्वाह गर्छ।
Die Feier 2025 ging auf einen einstimmigen Beschluss der Mitgliederversammlung zurück. Der Verein richtete den Abend am 11. April 2025 in der Knabenschule Halle aus — mit Nepali-Konzert, Tanz, Gesang und Feierlichkeiten. Als Zweck hält der Beschluss fest: die Feier der nepalesischen Kultur und Tradition, die Stärkung der Gemeinschaft und die Jugendförderung. The 2025 celebration followed a unanimous resolution of the general meeting. The association staged the evening on 11 April 2025 at the Knabenschule Halle — with a Nepali concert, dance, singing and festivities. The resolution records its purpose as the celebration of Nepali culture and tradition, the strengthening of the community and the support of young people.२०२५ को उत्सव साधारण सभाको सर्वसम्मत निर्णयपछि भएको हो। संस्थाले ११ अप्रिल २०२५ मा क्नाबेनशुले हालेमा यो साँझ आयोजना गर्यो — नेपाली कन्सर्ट, नृत्य, गीत र उत्सवसहित। निर्णयमा यसको उद्देश्य नेपाली संस्कृति र परम्पराको उत्सव, समुदायको सबलीकरण र युवालाई सहयोग भनी उल्लेख छ।
